Alex Grey

is a visionary artist, based in New York City, where his stunning gallery, the Chapel of Sacred Mirrors is located.




Known and respected worldwide for the meditative quality of his paintings, Alex has painted the album covers for Tool, The Beastie Boys and Nirvana's In Utero.

In 2009, Alex and his wife Allyson will be moving the Chapel to a picturesque estate outside of New York City, and reclaiming the land to return it to its pure state as an undertaking of radical eco art.
